2. What We Collect

  • Name and email (via contact/quote forms)
  • Business data you share to build and operate your AI systems
  • Usage data: pages visited, browser type, IP address (collected automatically)

3. How We Use Your Data

Only to respond to enquiries and deliver the services you hired us for. Never for advertising, third-party lead generation, or any purpose outside our agreed scope.

4. We Do Not Train AI Models on Your Data

We do not use any client data — business data, customer lists, conversation logs, or any other information you share — to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Your data is used exclusively to deliver your service. Nothing more.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Active projects: data kept only for the duration of the engagement
  • Project completion: all client data permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Contact form submissions: deleted after 12 months
  • You can request deletion at any time: hello@ongito.com

6. Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We may use platforms such as Make, n8n, OpenAI API, or Google Cloud to deliver services — only sharing the minimum data necessary, under data processing agreements.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. Email hello@ongito.com — we respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use four types of cookies:

  • Necessary — required for the site to work
  • Analytics — Google Analytics to understand site usage
  • Remarketing — Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and similar platforms to show relevant ads to past visitors
